Victoria and Francis decided to bring back the traditional flavours of this land, highlighting the importance of using seasonal products in their dishes.
To do this each season they create a special menu, their own market-based menu, to ensure that we enjoy each product at the right time of year.
All the dishes are prepared with natural produce from the island.
Starters: Salads, soups, sautéed egg dishes, carpaccios, crunches, etc. There is always a place for variations on our menu.
Meat: Steack Tartar, Chateaubriand, T-bone steak ...
Fish: Can Cires-style cod, fillet of sea bass aux fines herbes (from our garden), stuffed squid, frita de pulpo (fried octopus with potatoes, onion, peppers and garlic), etc...
